The museum houses exhibitions on the origins of Ibonoito, production techniques, and its history, and visitors can also view the production process through glass windows. You mustn’t miss the demonstration area, where you can see craftmanship up close as skilled craftspeople stretch 50-centimeter somen noodles to 160 centimeters. After looking around, you can try the freshly made somen in the tasting area, free of charge.
