・29 to 14 days prior to group arrival date in Japan: 30% of total tour fare

・13 days to 4 day prior to group arrival date in Japan: 50% of total tour fare

・3 days to 1 day prior to group arrival date in Japan: 100% of total tour fare

・No show or cancellation on and after group arrival date in Japan: 100% of total tour fare
