Visitors can watch live fish being auctioned from the same perspective as the middlemen as they jump up and down. You can observe the auction and buying process of Akashiura Fisheries Cooperative with the president of the only sushi restaurant in Akashi City that has the right of Access to the Akashiura Fisheries Cooperative, while listening to an up-close explanation of the process. Content 2: Rent out the counter at Akashiuramasa Sushi Restaurant and have the fish of your choice processed in front of you in the restaurant’s fish tank and served as sushi.
