| Fill in the application form below. Send it to us by email or fax. In consideration of application form submitted, Hyogo Tourism Association will choose the most suitable group and call on the group to volunteer. After the group is determined, Hyogo Tourism Association will give both the applicant and the group one another’s contact information, such as the telephone number or email address. |
