SHIKISAI is an affiliated restaurant of SANYURO which has long history as traditional Japanese restaurant opened in 1868. It features seasonal delicacies of Tanba blessed with abundant local products. Kaibara, located in the heart of Tanba, enjoys its beautiful scenery with abundant seasonal products of the mountains. Opened in 1868, SANYURO has long history as a traditional Japanese restaurant. The restaurant pursuits its cuisine to offer guests to enjoy savoring nature products in Tanba rich in flavor of mountains. It serves Tanba specialties such as, matsutake mushrooms, Japanese chestnuts and black soy beans in autumn and Botan-nabe (wild boar stew with vegetables) and venison in winter. Tokusankan Sasayama serves local dishes using black soybeans, yam, dainagon adzuki beans, beef, and other ingredients representative of the Tamba-Sasayama area. The original box lunch "Mumonsen Bento" is very popular with dishes of local seasonal foodstuffs on plates modeled on the crest of the Aoyaman family, rulers of Sasayama Castle. Grilled pieces of Tamba Sasayama beef and a hot pot with wild boar meat seasoned with miso in an excellent feature of the menu.

Our delicious yakitori and nice liquor relax are prepared to make you feel relaxed and refreshed. Feel at ease and take a break at "Chotto Ikkyu."
