KOBE: Hakutsuru Fine Art Museum -------------------------------------------------
Hakutsuru Fine Art Museum The Hakutsuru Fine Art Museum Foundation was established in 1931 by the 7th successor Jihei Kanou of the founder and was completed and opened in 1934. It can be said to be the pioneer of private museums.

•Annex
To commemorate the 60th year anniversary of the opening of the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum, the annex was opened in 1995. The focus of its display has been Persian carpets, i.e., it is a carpet museum. It has been evaluated highly as Japan's first carpet exhibition facility.

HANSHIN: Ashiya City Museum of Art&History ----------------------------------
Ashiya City Museum of Art&History The Ashiya City Museum of Art & History was established in 1990 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the city. It’s a complex facility that consists of two divisions, the art and the history. The museum has a large collection of store art works, and works by artists who have a connection with Ashiya city.

HARIMA: Himeji City Museum of Art -------------------------------------------------
Himeji City Museum of Art Himeji City Museum of Art was opened in 1983 as a sanctuary of beauty where aesthetic culture could be cultivated and local artists could be fostered. The museum displays Japanese paintings, oil paintings, water paintings, sketches, prints, sculptures, and Japanese swords.
A number of world’s famous work such as sculptures of Rodin and Antoine Bourdelle, and paintings by Paul Delvaux, a master of surrealism.

TAJIMA: Asago Art Village --------------------------------------------------------------
Asago Art Village Opened in 1999 in the wide range of woods, right below the huge Rock-fill Dam, Tataragi Dam.
The museum mainly exhibits a lifetime artworks donated by Toshio Yodoi, a sculptor of a cultural medal, and the artworks of the open-air sculpture.

TANBA: Sasayama Historical Artifacts Museum ----------------------------------
Sasayama Historical Artifacts Museum The building built in 1890 is originally a district courthouse and now has been preserved as a museum. The museum has collections of pottery, armor, and the daily artifacts used by lords and Samurais.

Seidan Town Takigawa Memorial Art Museum “Gyokuseikan” -------------
Seidan-Cho PublicTakigawa Memorial Art Museum gGyokuseikanh Jikihara Gyokusei , the great artist of the Nippon Nanga style, reconstructed Kokusei Zenji Temple and drew many of the Fusuma-e (paintings on the sliding doors). The master artist Takigawa was attracted to Gyokusei’s work, and supported the inauguration of the first museum of Nanga in Japan.
